We have created a fashion reward program to thank all our loyal customers. With every net dollar you spend at Velvet Coat, you will be eligible for a reward certificate based on a percentage you spend during one calendar year. Not to mention a number of fashion perks when you become a member of our rewards program.

Reward Certificates

Each member of the rewards program is eligible to receive a reward certificate based upon a percentage of the amount spent in one calendar year. See chart below to determine your amount possibilities:

Spend in One Calendar Year Receive % of Total Spent
$2,000.00 to $4,999.99 1%
$5,000.00 to $9,999.99 2%
$10,000.00 + 3%

  • Early invites to special events and trunk shows
  • After hour shopping appointments
  • Fashion consults per your request via phone, e-mail, or in-store
  • During the month of your birthday, choose one day of your liking to receive 10% off your total purchase

Terms and Conditions

  • To become eligible for the program, you must spend at least $2000.00 in one calendar year.
  • Certificates will be issued biannually based on the percentage spent within a six month period.
  • Reward certificates will expire one calendar year after the issue date.
  • We reserve the right to amend or modify, with notice, the rewards program at anytime and in any way (including, our right to discontinue benefits or terminate reward certificates).
  • Reward certificates may not be used as a payment towards a charge account or as an initial deposit towards a layaway purchase or previous layaway purchase.
  • Reward certificates may not be used to purchase gift certificates for a third party.
  • Reward certificates are not transferable to a third party.
